Sit Up Straight

You're slouching right now, aren't you?

How many hours do you spend sitting at your desk hunched over your keyboard? When you’re looking at your smartphone, are your shoulders slumped, is your spine curved and your neck bent?

It may sound like the scolding of a parent, but there are many benefits to sitting or standing up straight. Your posture is the foundation for every movement your body makes and can determine how well your body adapts to the stresses on it.
