KORA Organics sells a line of organic skin care products both online and in hundreds of retail locations throughout Australia. Created by supermodel Miranda Kerr, KORA Organics’ goal is to provide a range of certified organic products designed to nourish, detoxify and protect the skin.
Miranda retained The Pace Group to handle her product launch into the United States and across North America.
“I needed a better website, one that was designed to sell. I also needed a U.S. based fulfillment center that could coordinate with our Australian home office. And I also knew we needed marketing support to get the word out about the launch. But, most importantly, I wanted a fair deal.”
First, Randy Marquis and The Pace Group Digital Marketing team developed a new, mobile friendly website on the Magento eCommerce platform. With merchandising functionality, a clean layout and a scalable architecture, the site is able to sell product across different markets and timezones and grow with the company.
Mark Hoch, our Operations Director, and Jose Santoyo worked closely together with KORA Organics’ operations personnel to establish a fulfillment center right within The Pace Group’s own walls. By utilizing KORA Organics’ existing systems and integrating them into The Pace Group’s processes, order fulfillment is seamless, regardless which warehouse fulfills an order, or to where it is shipped.
Additionally, Pace enhanced the fulfillment of KORA Organics’ web orders by designing lovely, eco-friendly packaging and customized “blessing” cards from Miranda, personalized to the recipient of each order. As a high-end, high quality product, such details are important to KORA Organics’ customers and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Chas Seward led the creation of a marketing strategy and calendar, collaborating with Randy on email marketing, Mike Stewart on creative direction and other experts in social media, SEO / SEM and PR. Deft coordination across teams and media gives Miranda and KORA Organics the opportunity to focus on the big picture instead of worrying about the timing of the next email blast or tweet.
Such attention to the smallest details means the KORA Organics brand shines as brightly as Miranda herself, online, in print and even in the customer’s mailbox.
